Windows 10: Laptop Randomly Freezes - Record events to diagnose?

My Alienware laptop randomly freezes and requires a hard restart. There is no rhyme or reason to it. It started happening weekly a few months after I purchased it. Of course it exited warranty while Dell was slow with assisting. After updates, it actually began occurring less over time, maybe once every 1-3 months. Unfortunately, since updating to Windows 10 2004, it happens once or twice a day. I had received advice about the Intel GPU being in conflict with the Nvidia GPU. I disabled the Intel GPU but nothing changed.
Ive checked the event viewer and nothing is recorded directly prior to the lock up. Is there a way that I can use the event viewer to record all probable events to possibly diagnose this?

Its happens randomly in the middle of something. How can I specifically find the cause of this.

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
