Windows 10: Laptop randomly hangs, no BSOD, have to hard reset

Recently my laptop has been randomly freezing completely. There is no blue screen, the audio stops and the trackpad and keyboard stop working. I have only recently factory reset my device 2 weeks ago due to BSOD issues. I have checked the event viewer after the freezing, which there are no events from the start of the hang till the shutdown and startup of the system. There is also no minidump that is generated from this event.Appreciated if I could get some help with this.Specifications:Model: Dell G15 5510IntelR CoreTM i5-10500H CPU @ 2.50GHz2x8GB SODIMM 2933MHz 15.8gb UsableBC711 NVMe

Laptop randomly hangs while in sleep mode

Good thing I kept the reports. Attached below. Don't know why the other thread disappeared -- maybe because it wasn't a real BSOD?

Looks like chkdsk /r /v has to be run at boot time, and many of the next steps (installing drivers, etc) are going to take more time than I have today. I'll get back to it later.

The HP Diagnostics at that link is only a 32-bit app. The only Hardware Diagnostics I see on my laptop is just a log file. Should I run the UEFI tests?

HD Tune: I let it sit on the Health tab for quite a while and nothing happened. I tried hitting Update, I set it to 1-minute update, nothin'. The Log is empty too.

 

Laptop Randomly Hangs on Windows 10

I have Acer Aspire 5755G. I have updated to Windows 10
and laptop started to freeze randomly. Nothing responds can't even start task manager only thing I'm able to do is hard reset. Can anybody help me? Thank you for your attention.

this it appears it is more likely Random Hang.
I'm reviewing Troubleshooting a Random Hang and took those steps
but still problem isn't resolved.

 

Computer Randomly Hangs; cannot run reset

I have been experiencing a number of issues with Windows 10. The computer randomly hangs up for 10 seconds or so. Since updates also would also not install, I ran the troubleshooter. Now I have resolved the update problem but the computer still randomly
hangs for several seconds across all apps. I tried to reset the computer, but when I click on the reset button, nothing happens.

I ran several malware programs and nothing was found by any of them.

How can I resolve the issue? I tried to follow the steps to run the system checker, but I cannot get the computer to display what the steps say should be displayed.

I have a HP Z Book running Windows 10.
