Windows 10: Laptop "randomly" rebooting after format

hello.I'd like to get some tips on identify what is causing my laptop to reboot randomly and multiple times per day.i7 11800H 3060M 16GB 1TB NVMe Win11ProI tried looking into Event viewer but I can't tell what exaclty is.chkdsk no error sfc /scannow fixed 4 files drivers are up to date with SDIO did all latest win updates cpu is undervolted but reboots also happen when cpu running normallythanks

Windows 11 Laptop Randomly Reboots

Hi all-- I have a new Windows 11 laptop that randomly reboots itself once or twice a day. This occurs mostly when I've stepped away. System logs come back with Event ID 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I've tried just about everything out there and engaged tech support but no one has been able to solve the issue with this lemon. Any help greatly appreciated. Laptop is 2 months old and has been randomly rebooting for a while now.

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Type Troubleshooting in the Search bar and press Enter.
• Click on View All on the left panel.
• This will display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. Click on
  Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.
