Windows 10: Laptop receives no internet but stays secured randomly

Randomly my laptop stops receiving internet the but remains secured for a few seconds to a few minutes, it tells me "secured, no internet". This also happens on other networks.I think I've narrowed it down to the connection between my laptop and the modem, the internet doesn't have the same problem with any other devices, and my laptop doesn't have this problem if its plugged into ethernet.Please help.

I m using HP envy 3090nr laptop having windows 7 home premium.

I was using norton internet security previously which was very good, no virus problem so far.

But i want to know any other internet security which is better or similar and free?

Give your suggestions for best free as well as best paid internet security.

Also give your opinion for microsoft security essentials.

No internet, secured?

I have a nextbook and recently changed the wifi, I'm receiving the no internet, secured message and I am having no luck with the troubleshooting info which was listed on previous posts, any suggestions on what I can do?
