Windows 10: laptop restart when I put laptop in sleep mode

hi everyone I am having issue with my laptop recently when I put it in sleep mode its do not turn on normally it show your pc ran into a problem window and then restart , I tried some troubleshooting steps like hard reset windows , upgrade window to 11 first I face issue in windows 10 but it still in11 , restore pc health , installed latest BIOS and other drivers , update windows to latest version , trying to contact microsoft , HP support many times they are also unable to help with it. If anyone have solution please help please

Restart when waking laptop from sleep mode


When I wake my HP laptop from sleep mode, it says there is a problem and needs to restart. Then it restarts. It didn't do this until I upgraded to Windows 10. Anyone else have this problem or have suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you for any assistance.

 

Laptop restarts when I put it to 'sleep' mode

Hi All!

Just bought a brand new HP envy 15 (2020 edition). On the 2nd day it was updating windows and bios and then i noticed that my laptop restarts whenever i put it to sleep.

To be precise, this is what happens step by step:

1. I put the laptop to sleep

2. It goes to 'sleep'

3. 20 seconds in and it restarts or start from new.. all the apps that i left on when puting laptop to sleep are now gone..

Can anyone help?

Restarting laptop from sleep mode.

When laptop is in sleep mode it will not turn on simply by tapping any key. I have to restart by pushing the power button. Why won't it restart when in sleep mode by simply touching any key on the key board?
