Windows 10: Laptop running extremely slow before, during, and after Windows 10 updates

I am so frustrated with this issue. Every time my laptop lag suddenly I know Windows 10 updates are coming. It's so lag that I have to wait few seconds for my laptop to respond by just closing a Window. I have to paused all my works when this happens, go to Updates and wait for the installation to complete and then restart my laptop. I can't do anything else because it's too lag to just open a folder.Then during restart I have this "Getting Windows ready, Don't turn off your computer" and it takes very long times. My laptop is still very lag after this, so I have to restart my laptop one more

Laptop runs extremely slow on Battery

Hi, I'm using a Asus FX505GE laptop which installed Window 10. Recently, my laptop runs extremely slow on battery. Whenever I plug off the adapter or lets it runs on battery, the Laptop loses mouse pointer and start to run very slow -
ALMOST FREEZING

I tried to use Clt + Alt + Del to run task manager - the mouse pointer appeared again and fluently moved , however when backs to Window, it back to the same conditions and I cant check the task manager.

It won't back to normal even I try to plug in. The only way is reset my laptop while it plugs in then it can run properly.

Please lets me know what happens to my Laptop and the solutions for this.

Windows 10 update failed, now laptop extremely slow

I have already posted a similar question to this which was a while ago but I am still in need of assistance. My laptop is extremely slow after it failed updating Windows 10. I do not know what solutions to try. I attempted doing a Clean Install, but was
just met with frustration from me not completely understanding what steps to take and the snail-like speed of my laptop. I am just considering taking the laptop to a place to have it fixed, but it seems like a lot of money I hope I dont need to spend.

Laptop running extremely slow after fresh install of windows 10?

There could be a number of factors as to why you are experiencing slow PC performance in Windows 10. One possible cause could be insufficient storage space.

I suggest that you let your computer run on it best performance by following the steps below:

1. Go to Control Panel > System and Security > System.
   
2. On the left pane, select Advanced system settings.
3. Select the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under
   Performance.
   
4. Select Adjust for better performance. Doing this will help free up more CPU resources.
