Windows 10: Laptop Screen black after did a Microsoft live remote session

I did a remote session live with Microsoft agent regarding the disappearance of wifi option. They did install/uninstalled drivers ,, restored something but the issue wasn't resolved, so i shut down my pc after the session end . Now when turning on after few hrs the laptop screen is black with some light . No visual or text etc. The startup logo Asus In search of incredible shows but then its black and empty with some lite colour. blackish+blueish Its all happened today 8th june . Any solution for this ? Please help .

Remote Desktop - Screen resolution in remote session

I have connected to a remote desktop session and the windows in the remote session are all too small for me to see.

I have edited the remote desktop connection settings and cannot seem to make anything larger.

I am using a new Dell Inspiron Laptop which has a very high screen resolution 3840 x 2160

Any suggestions appreciated

Remote Desktop black screen

It logs in but get the black screen with only the pointer showing. I tried unchecking the persistent bitmap caching but still didn't help. This was suggested online. The remote computer graphics work fine when not connected with remote desktop. The driver
that was installed when Windows 10 1903 was installed is the one not working with remote desktop. The old Microsoft basic graphic driver just made it impossible to use although it did work with remote desktop. Haven't found any other driver to use as of now.
It is an older Dell Studio 17 and Dell doesn't list a graphic driver for it. I am still trying to see if I can find one though.
