Windows 10: Laptop screen flickering, is it hardware or software issue?

My acer a15 laptop screen is flickering, and after few minutes of booting the pc , half the screen goes out with vertical lines. This issue started 4 months ago, i restarted the pc and it worked. So, i didnt do anything, this issue started becoming a lot more frequent. Now it flickers everytime, half the screen goes out , i restart , it works, after few minutes its flickering again.I am using windows 11, Laptop has intel uhd and rtx 2050 graphics card. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. On the booting screen with logo, there is screen flickering with artifacts on the half that goes ou
