Windows 10: Laptop seemingly without reason stops performing as well when gaming

Hello,when I boot up a game, everything is fine, however it has started to run poorly. Before, I would get for example 80 fps consistently, however now I am stuck around 30. It happens across all the games I have, so I doubt it is game specific. The only thing I have noted as unusual just prior to when this started, is that the fans randomly spun up to a high rate, under little workload, and wouldn't stop until I shut down and restarted the laptop. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Nitro Sense, but that was after the fans spinning up and the performance issues had begun. Laptop is performing

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
