Windows 10: Laptop showing systemsetting.exe - application error and blank black window page.

My laptop was showing an systemsetting.exe application error pop up. The message shows "The instruction at 0x00007FFACAEBE776 referred memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read". After which the screen turned black and with a minimize/expand/close tiny window on left top corner. But somehow i am unable to click it or restart my windows.
