    Laptop shows bluescreen every time I try to start it


    Every time I try to start my laptop, I get a bluescreen with the error code "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" it then prepares an automatic repair, and sends me to a screen with either 'Troubleshoot' or 'Turn off your PC'.'Troubleshoot' takes me to the Advanced options page, with the options to do a Startup Repair does nothing, Change my firmware settings, Open the command window, Do a system restore Tells me to restart my computer and select an operating system first Uninstall updates Says it ran into a problem and won't be able to uninstall the update whenever I try to uninstall a feature or

    Laptop won't show list of available networks

    We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

    Please follow these steps:

    • Click the Windows logo.
    • Go to Settings (gear icon).
    • Select Network and Internet.
    • Then Wi-Fi.
    • Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
    • Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.

    1. Is Cortana able to search the apps installed?

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if that helps.

    • Type Start Settings in Search and hit
      Enter.
    • Turn on Show recently added apps in jump list of Start of Taskbar.
