    Laptop shutdown/restarting problems.


    Hi, so whenever I shutdown my computer Start > Shutdown, fans, LEDs stay on most of the time but sometimes it turns off completely. Or, when I restart my computer Start > Restart, it doesn't restart but shutdowns. I don't know what to do, Fast Startup is turned off, all Windows Updates are installed, graphics drivers updated, BIOS is on the newest version. Can you please help me? This is what I see in event viewer 1 Warning. The speed of processor 3 in group 0 is being limited by system firmwa - Pastebin.com. Battery isn't completely dead, it hold about 1 hour - 30min of charge.

    How to know the problem regarding the windows and what to do when the shutdown and restart is not working properly?

    Its regarding the shutdown and restart of my laptop, the shutdown and restart is not working and not showing any response when I want to do it, may I know what is the problem regarding my laptop?

    Shutdown/Restart issue.

    I'm unable to shut down or restart my laptop.

    My laptop is just ignoring the command. It goes to sleep. But shutdown or restart is a problem.

    Please Help.

    Laptop shutdown/restarting problems.

    Solved it by myself, did a bit more researching and found that I need to update or downgrade Intel MEI drivers, updating helped me.
