Windows 10: Laptop Shutdown While Factory Reset

My lenovo laptop was originally freezing every few minutes and will shut down, so i tried to do a factory reset to fix the problem. But it froze while resetting and shut down. My laptop is currently stuck in a loop of constantly booting up, flashing a blue screen and shutting down. Is there any fix?
