Windows 10: Laptop shutting down at 48% while updating to W10 1903 : 0xc1900101

I really need assistance on this one, my laptop keep crashing while updating after a restart. I'm on W10 1803 and i try to get W10 1903, everytime it crashes at 48% and i then i can see this error : 0xc1900101. I've tried everything there ofc, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/10587/windows-10-get-help-with-upgrade-installation-errors and there until 5:24 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7afMWlhtxW0


I'm really desperate about this

Windows 10 Update 1903 Restarts at 48%

I have been trying to install update 1903 for two days now and it has restarted at 48% every time, but will not continue with the updates once the machine comes back on. It gets stuck at a black screen and will stay there until I shut down the computer.

Any ideas?

Windows 10 Update 1903 stuck at 48% with laptop fan stopped

Hi all,

I was installing Update 1903 from 1809.

From 0-30%, everything was working great with laptop fan speeding fast.

However after only 1 restart, the progress go from 31-48% with laptop fan not even spinning for at least 2 hours.

Luckily my aircon was on as i take a nap, upon waking up my laptop is hot like oven and still stuck at 48%.

I force power off the laptop, Windows manage to roll back to 1809 without any issues.

Hence was it the problem here?
