Windows 10: Laptop Shutting Down Unexpectedly + Breaks Windows Audio Upon Reboot

For several months now, my Lenovo T490 laptop occasionally shuts down when:I lock it with Win + L and leaving it idleI put it into Sleep with applications running, either by closing the lid or through Start's power menu/ALT + F4 and leaving it idleI step away and leave it idle, unlocked and powered onBy "occasionally", I mean that sometimes when performing the above bullet points, the system operates as expected I return to find my laptop on and still locked, able to be awoken from Sleep, or still powered on, respectively. OK, first complete your system specs, as it will help us diagnose your problem. Second, can you be a bit more descriptive about the "shut off"? Does it go through the windows shut down procedure, or does the power just shut off completely?

• Have you checked if all hardware of your computer are connected properly?
• Since you are using a laptop, is the battery seated properly? Did you try removing the battery and see if it shuts down unexpectedly?
