Windows 10: Laptop Slow After Either a Hard Fall or Windows 11 Update

Hello,Recently, my computer Dell Precision 5550 took a hard fall, sustaining damage to its upper right corner Where the power button is. The computer turned on fine afterwards and installed the latest Windows update Windows 11, version 24H2. Since using the computer, it has been running much slower. I am unsure if this is due to the damage or the update. It is a Dell Precision 5550, an IntelR XeonR W-10855M CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2808 Mhz, 6 Cores, 12 Logical Processor, and has 8 GB of RAM. It used to have 16 GB of RAM, but one of the cards had to be removed due to issues wit the RAM slot. E

Unable to install Windows Fall Creators Update

other security updates run normally, I jsut have a long list of the fall creator updates not installing

 

Fall Creator's Update make my Alien Laptop SLOW

I had a great deal of trouble with the fall creator's update making my PC (Alienware 17 R2) laptop slow way down. I followed the suggestions from a number of websites and fail to improve the situation. I finally gave up and did a clean windows 10 install
which seemed to correct the problem at first, but after it runs for a while it slows way down again.

I am totally frustrated with this update.

Yes, I installed all of the MS updates.

Yes I went to the Dell website and installed all of the latest drivers.

Can't imagine I am the only one with this problem. I am tired of my Alien computer running like a $200 computer. When will something be out to fix this?
