Windows 10: Laptop slow after Windows 11 update

Hi,I recently installed a new update last night and set it to shut down after the update since it was late in the night and today when I logged back in I noticed a decline in performance on my laptop. My games that used to run at high fps like 200 dropped down between 20-50 fps depending on the load, google chrome lags on all sites, and windows file explorer stops responding multiple times, as I type this now the text appears delayed and my discord takes a good 2 minutes to load up any chat or server when it used to pop up instantly; to name a few examples. I come home from a long day of work

Window 11 is very very slow - Not able work

Hi ,

I have recently updated my laptop OS from windows 10 to 11. Now it very slow slow , even I am not able to work. Screens keeps freezing and lagging.

Please resolve or suggest solution
