Windows 10: Laptop speakers not working after factory reset Windows 10

I had to recently factory reset my laptop as it was running extremely slow. However, after reinstalling everything, the laptop speakers no longer work. I've tried the following, to no avail:1. Checked to make sure audio device is shown in the Sound menu it is, and when I adjust the volume, the blue line registers as if it's playing a sound 2. Uninstalled and reinstalled sound drivers3. Used Microsoft Troubleshooter4. Plugged in external speakers to make sure the headphone jack works it doesI have wireless headphones that also work, but I prefer to use the laptop speakers.Any help is greatl

As you have a laptop, ensure that the laptop is not running on battery and the power cable is plugged in to the socket.

I suggest you try the steps listed below and check if it works. This issue could be because of the Headphones BT SPEAKER Stereo being set as default. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Pair the speaker with your PC.
  
• Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose
  Device Manager.
  
• Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
  and right click on your Bluetooth speaker (BT SPEAKER Stereo).
  
• Choose Disable and acknowledge the confirmation popup. Wait for the screen to refresh.
  
• Right click on the same device again and Enable.
  
• Exit Device Manager and see if the issue persist.
