Windows 10: Laptop speed not the same as before

My laptop was bought around 2019 of august though it was fast but in january of 2020 i got a trojan on my laptop so i cleaned the disk and reinstalled windows, since that day my laptop wasnt as fast as it was before the virus attack. It takes like 10 seconds just to open the windows search bar. what do i do?? its windows 10

Wi-Fi shows a very low speed Windows 10 Laptop

For past several months, my Dell laptop running on updated Windows 10 shows a wifi internet speed of only around 4 mbps whereas the actual speed is around 25 mbps and tested on other devices. I am unable to resolve the issue in spite of all suggested and
other logical steps.
