    Laptop Starting "Limited Account" After Last Update/Windows Update


    Can anybody help me with this. I thought I solved the problem switching to a local account after first occurrence of this after a lone update a few days ago. It has done it again with local account. Please help me fix!

    i have installed windows xp sp2

    previously i was using windows media center i thought i might b facing this probs due to that but then i changed it to windows xp ! n moreover i have also shown to nokia service center executives but they were not having the latest updates available ......
    my pc suite is showing that new update version of firmware is available but i cudnt download it Laptop Starting "Limited Account" After Last Update/Windows Update :(

    Laptop Starting "Limited Account" After Last Update/Windows Update

    Since nobody responded to my original post laptop starting "limited account" I did some research and all roads lead back to kb3140741. Funny how there is not a peep about it here being an issue.

    It cannot be uninstalled period and this is the last failed update I can take from Microsoft. Enough!!

    Would a mod keep those with the issue or issues with this kb up to date on when a fix will be available?? Please!! This kb has been installed on two desktop pc's (1 32 bit/1 64 bit) and 1 laptop 64 bit. Issue is the laptop.
