    Laptop stick restarting


    My laptop is only a month old but now it already appears to be broken beyond repair. It keeps crashing, and the attachable keyboard I have keeps disconnecting.


    Today it ran very slowly so I tried restarting it, but for the past 30 minutes it has been stuck on restarting, the keyboard doesn't work and I do not know what to do anymore. I've tried the F8 option but that didn't work either as my keyboard isn't functioning and I can't get a keyboard on screen while the laptop is restarting. I'm scared to do a bios reboot through another computer because I'm afraid I'll lose all of my files, since I didn't think my laptop would have this issue within a month of acquiring it (but then again, who does?) so I didn't back up everything I need.


    Could someone please help me out? I'm at wits end right now.

    • Which build, version and edition of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?
    • What is the make and model of your laptop?
    • What changes were made to the device before this issue happened?
    • Have you encountered any error messages when the computer restarts?
