    Laptop stops unexpectedly


    Hello,
    Whenever I download a game or a program, the wifi stops for no reason and when I go to task manager, only 4 processes are shown wifi is deleted automatically and every monitor is stopped, not moving when I try to exit out of the task manager, it hangs and I cant do anything but to restart the system.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    I have a win10bootable usb. It shows up in the boot list. but mem86 usb dosen't show up.

    List the anti virus software currently installed and any other prior software.
    REPLY: Windows defender only from day1


    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    13) Increase the free space on the Windows drive to > 30 GB
    Free Up Drive Space in Windows 10

    18) For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files : attached RAMAN-(2020-04-15_17-04-04).zip

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive: NIL FOUND
