Windows 10: Laptop Stuck in Automatic Repair Loop – Unable to Reset or Boot

My computer has been slowing down over time, as I've been using it for over three years. However, it has never completely stopped or gotten stuck in a loop like the issue I’m facing now.Last night, while watching a movie on my laptop, the video suddenly froze, and the screen started blinking black repeatedly. I tried to looked the screen and reopen but when I attempted to reopen the laptop, there was no option to enter the password, just a black screen blinking every 4–5 seconds. I had no choice but to force shut it down by holding the power button and left it as it was.Today, when I turned it

Stuck on Automatic Repair Loop for HP Envy

I'm stuck on the Automatic Repair Loop with my HP Envy and nothing I see online seems to be working

• I'm unable to access the "Advanced Options" - it always just pushed restarts the computer
  
• I'm unable to reset by BIOS - holding ESC of F10 don't seem to work

Step 1: I suggest you to install Windows 10 using the media creation tool:

Step 2: After installing Windows 10, perform an Automatic Repair.

Perform the Automatic repair:

• 
  When your computer starts, wait for the manufacturer logo to check the option for boot menu, it will usually be
  F12.
  
• 
  The boot menu key might differ with each manufacturer. If you are unable to find the boot menu key, you may refer the user manual.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, when the manufacturer's logo is displayed, keep pressing the
  Boot menu option key to enter the boot menu and change the boot option to
  CD\DVD ROM.
  
• 
  After you boot your computer using Windows 8 DVD, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.
  
• 
  Select the correct time and
  Keyboard type.
  
• 
  Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting, advanced option and then click
  Automatic repair.

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
