Windows 10: Laptop stuck in "Preparing automatic repair" loop

So I was using my laptop and it suddenly restarted and then displayed the message " Preparing automatic repair" and the Toshiba logo (manufacturer of the laptop). I have left for 3 hours and it is still stuck in the same screen. I tried restarting the laptop, booting into bios, and followed all tutorials but non of the helped me. When I turn on the laptop, it displays the Toshiha logo, then reboots and displaysbrhat message again. I saw other people managed to get into the blue screen from whee you can repair but I can't get into it. A lot of tutorials stated to reinstall windows from a USB drive but I don't have one of these. I have another hard drive though. There isn't really anything important on the HDD on my laptop so I wouldn't mind it being completely erased.

preparing automatic repair Loop!!

I tried Everything in repair mode. Start up repair, system restore( cant click next because it says "You must enable system protection on this drive). I even tried command prompt method to restore but while restoring i get another message system restore did not complete successfully with detail message of "system restore failed while restoring the registry from the restore point 0x80070002" Please help











I Have windows 10 copy from the Microsoft website and my computer is "Asua Esstional asus essential series".
