Windows 10: Laptop stuck in pxe mode

My Toshiba portege laptop windows got corrupted so i tried to install it by my self i was 15 I changed bios settings and i dont know anything about bios. So now my laptop is stuck in pxe and it always give error media test failure check cable Exiting intel boot agent and it wont go to Bios settings no matter what i do. Kindly help me...

I tried esc F2 F8 every method but it does not enter bios settings.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

After running the
Network and Internet Troubleshooter
and the issue still persists, kindly run the
Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter
to check for any hardware issues and fix it automatically. To run the Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• 
  On the search bar, type
  Troubleshooting
  and hit
  Enter.
  
• 
  Choose
  Hardware and Sound.
  
• 
  Click on
  Hardware and Devices
  to run the troubleshooter.

My dell laptop is stuck in flight mode

Airplane mode is a setting that gives you a quick way to turn off all wireless communication on your laptop. To turn it off, we suggest that you change the Network Adapter Properties of your laptop. You may follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the Start button, and select Device Manager from the list of options.
• Double-click the Network Adapters section to expand it.
  
• Choose your wireless modem from the available list, and right-click on it to navigate to its
  Properties.
• This launches the Properties dialog box of your adapter. Hit on the
  Power Management tab.
• Clear off the option that says Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
• To apply the changes, press OK.
• This will resolve the Airplane Mode issues in Windows 10, and resume its slider to be turned off.
