Windows 10: Laptop stuck on loading screen. Infinite loading.

I am on Windows 11. My laptop is stuck on the startup loading screen. It's an infinite loading screen and can't get past that. I tried force restarting several times and When "Automatic System Repair" comes up, it loads for few min and a BSOD shows up with Error code - DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG and restarts the laptop. Now it's stuck on infinite loading screen again. This process keeps repeating. I tried to make a bootable drive using media creation tool for both Windows 11 and Windows 10 but it doesn't boot into that at all. I downloaded an ISO file of Windows 11 and made a bootable drive from that

I tried booting from a usb but it gets stuck in an infinite loading screen of the circles spinning. No change

I'm on windows 10 and I'm getting stuck on an infinite loading screen (blue with loading circle) I have tried boot repair and re installing Windows but it didn't fix anything I can boot the recovery menu, before this happened I changed the permissions
on system 32 to replace a dll, I'm presuming this has caused it, can anyone help me fix this problem thanks

 

Infinite Load Screen

Recently I have purchased an acer laptop and after three months it’s suddenly crashed, I have tried to boot it up and either i get an infinite loading screen upon startup or i get a preparing automatic repair and then contiues in an endless loop, a week
ago I tried to use a usb startup and it sent me into another boot loop. Is there any way to solve this problem? Is this a problem with Windows 10?
