    Laptop stuck on restarting to install Windows 11


    Hello,So my laptop was eligible for an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. The upgrade was downloaded without trouble. The notification asked me to restart my laptop so it can install the upgrade. For the first hour, the installation was slow but it made progress. But after that, my laptop has been stuck at 12% for maybe two hours, it's saying that it's installing the updates, that I should keep my computer on. I cannot use it at all, I cannot access any trouble shooting tool, or any program at all for that matter. I am starting to worry, because I need that computer for work and for the r

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
