Windows 10: Laptop stuck restarting at boot logo after my dad didn't spell tea on it

So my mom had this insys laptop and some days ago me and my mom went to check something at the citywe live in a village and like the whole day later we came back. my mom had a lessonvia zoom so when we came in she rushed to the laptop so like 30 seconds after she went to the laptop she calls me and she was trying to insert the password to log inwe don't shut it down we just put it into sleep mode it was like frozen it didn't work.. so i restarted it and the same thing.. then i noticed that some keys of the keyboard had the paint off that it didn't before we left.. then i noticed that the

What is the Make and Model # of your laptop? By Boot Logo, do you mean the laptop manufacturers Logo Splash Screen? A "required Device isn't connected" means that your HDD/SSD is not connected or has failed. As stated, boot into Setup (Bios) go to System Information. It should list all of your drives in the computer. If your HDD/SSD is not listed. Restart the computer and press F12 (on most computers) ESC on others, and run the Diagnostics. If that fails, try to reseat it into the laptop.

Tried with suggested steps but not succeed,

still can see HP boot logo

Please suggest

 

Laptop is stuck on windows boot manager,i neither see lenovo logo or windows logo.

My lenovo flex 2 laptop is stuck on windows boot menu, I neither see lenovo logo nor windows logo and after restarting several still stuck on it. Tried accessing BIOS SETTING but i ask for password which i can't recall. Please help, thanks in advance to community.
