    Hey , My name is sakchyam and i would like to ask for suggestion on my laptop . I tried to reset it a hour ago and it gave me 2 options cloud and local reinstall , i choose the cloud reinstall and pressed next until it said downloading files pc will restart automatically the file downl

    Stuck at restart

    I tried to cleanup my laptop using disk cleanup utility. But disk cleanup stuck at "system update cleanup" so I just cancelled it in middle an then restart my laptop. But it stuck at "getting windows ready Don't turn off your computer" for 1 hour when I
    Am writing this question. What should I do ?
