    Laptop Stuttering Issue


    Hi! I am in desperate need of help. I have been facing stuttering for quite some time now. After i boot up, it starts. Every second there is mouse freeze with robotic audio and mouse floating. Sometime the system freezes and i have to restart. First i thought it is a ram issue, for 5-6 times, i removed the ram and re insert it and problem was solved. Not anymore. It does not work now. Things i have tried:1Removing SSD and boot into USB drive to see if there is problem with ssd or windows. Turns out it still stutters in bootable window setup usb. 2Stutters in safe mode. 3 Uninstall/Install D
