Windows 10: Laptop suddenly and quickly bluescreens. What can I do about this?

Hello, So my maingear vector 2060 gaming laptop with Windows 11 installed has been randomly bluescreening and very quickly restarting. Is there something I can do about this? Why is my computer blue screening and what I can do to keep it from doing that?Thank you,Ben
