    Laptop suddenly freezes with blank random color screen when running in battery


    It usually seems to happen when RAM or CPU usage becomes higher regardless of battery charge happened when battery is around 70% as well as 35%. The only way I can resume is by force shutdown & restart keeping it plugged in. Battery life doesn't seem to have reduced. I have tried uninstalling graphics driver with DDU & reinstalled them but still same issue. Tried setting Power mode to both Better & Best Performance when running in battery. AFAIK it doesn't seem to happen when plugged inOperating System Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit CPU Intel Core i5 7200U @ 2.50GHz 48

    I just bought a Lumia 535 LCD Dual SIM. but when the battery was charging suddenly the LCD not working (freeze/blank).

    Has anyone encounter the same problem or indeed because there are factory defects?



    Any suggestion to resolve the issue?

    Does it go a black color or just some random color every time it happens?
