Windows 10: Laptop suddenly shut down and when opened,changed to a previous version Windows 10

Hello guys,Recently, my younger sister tripped, and my laptop fell on its edgesthankfully. But a few minutes later, it suddenly shut down on its own and when I turned it on, instead of Windows 11 it changed to Windows 10, and it has become a lot more laggier and storage space is too short. I can't even open WhatsApp on it. Thanks in advance for suggestions!

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

restoring previous version of windows on windows phone

Recently I have upgraded my windows 8.1 phone to windows 10 phone. But I am not comfortable with this version and wants to rollback to my previous version windows 8.1.

Please help me and suggest the steps.
