Windows 10: Laptop suddenly slower and stutters, IntelAudioService stops working around that time

Lately my Lenovo Legion 5 15IMH05 running on windows 10 has been acting up. Usually it can run pretty much any game, but lately past a few minutes into a video game, it immediately starts tanking and stutters like mad ingame, and slower than i would like. its still usable, however it usually takes a restart for everything to turn back to normal, then to start tanking again after like 5 minutes in a video game. occasionally after i restart its still slow at start up, and noticeably slower than usual when opening apps, switching tabs, and such, and it would take a restart to hopefully get it bac

IntelAudioService Stopped Working

It seems like an IntelAudioService issue cause a bluescreen crash on my Dell Latitude 7490 (Win 10 - 64 bit). It happens ocassionally 2-3 times a day.

Laptop suddenly slows down and sounds stuttering

Hello, I am a windows 10 laptop users. My laptop sometimes does suddenly really slows down and suddenly sounds stuttering. it only last for like 2 or 3 seconds and laptop is back to being normal. I dont know why it happens, So if anyone knows, please help me
