    Laptop switching off without any warning


    Hey there I am using a mecer laptop it just frustrates me that it switch's itself off without any warning just off then when I on it again it starts up then few minutes it switches off again and the fan was making funny sounds before now there's no longer any sound it's just hot and seems like the hardware does not run smoothly due to the fan not working I thought it might be the charger but the power supply is fine and battery is not in good condition as now I use it while on the charger it never gave me trouble before when I used it on the charger now it just switch off help me please

    Airplane mode switch not working

    Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + R.
    • Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
    • Search for Radio Management Service.
    • Right-click, then choose Start.

    Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

    Get back to us if the steps won't work.
