    Laptop Turned Off Unexpectedly, And Now Won’t Turn On Again


    As the title states, my laptop shut down unexpectedly, and now will not turn again. I’ve tried many methods to try and turn it back on, however there might still be some I have not tried.I was playing a game on my Acer Nitro 5 MODEL NO.:N20C1 AN515-55-70T8 and right out of nowhere the keyboard lights turn off, the fans turn off, the charger light and the on switch light turn off and the screen goes black. I am still currently trying to fix it as I’m writing this. If there is anything I can do to fix it, please tell me.

    laptop won't turn on

    Dell Latitude D800

    few hours ago i turned the laptop off by going to start menu, shut down, on an xp machine. the computer shut down normally but now when i try to turn it back on, nothing happens for a good 30 seconds then the HDD lights and power lights come on for a few seconds then turn off.

    it's weird becasue, from what i have seen, the lights usually come on right away then turn right off (in similar situations) but this thing doesn't even try to turn on for a bit. What could be wrong?

    things i have tried:
    -removed RAM, battery, wireless card, HDD... nothing happens
    -held power button for 10 seconds with battery in and out of machine while and while nt plugged in
    -Different power adapters

    i am going to check the cmos battery but if anyone has any suggestions it would be appreciated.

    I understand that your printer turns off unexpectedly.

    • When you say “It keeps reporting on it's window that I have a problem” do get any error message?
    • Does the printer turn off when you are attempting to print?
    • Did this issue started recently? If yes, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer
      prior to this issue?

    I suggest you refer and follow the suggestions from the following article on
    Printer Turns Off Unexpectedly or Repeatedly and check if it resolves the issue.
