Windows 10: Laptop turns itself off after turning it on even when battery is not low

My laptop battery health is poor and when I turn on the laptop, it turns off and then I have to turn it on again and it loads from the bootloader like I shut it down It keeps all the apps opened though. This happens every time I turn on the laptop after a while. It shuts down but once it happens, it does not happen again as long as I am using the laptop. When I put the laptop in sleep mode or shut it down again and turn it on after a while like 1 hour, the same thing happens. Even if I have plugged in the charger.Now this is only a windows issue as I installed Linux as dual boot Windows10 o

We suggest that you check if the low battery notification is turned
on. Kindly follow these steps:

• On the search box, type Power Options to see the laptop's power plans.
• Click on Change Plan Settings.
• Click on the Change Advanced Power Settings.
• Scroll down and look for Battery.
• Expand it see Low battery notification, turn it on for both
  On battery and Plugged in.

• Open Settings app.
• Select System.
• Click on Notifications & actions tab.

HELP : Laptop Charges when Turned off only. Does not charges when Turned on.

Follow these Steps to rectify this issue

• Disconnect Power Supply
• Remove battery.
• Connect Power Supply
• Turn on the laptop.
• Control Panel - Device Manager.
• Under the Batteries category, right-click all instances of Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery , and Uninstall.
• Shutdown.
• Disconnect Power Supply.
• Insert battery.
• Connect Power Supply.
• Turn on the laptop
