Windows 10: Laptop turns on and off, possible windows 10 configuration error

Recently i’ve been having problems with my laptop where it will turn on, load for a few seconds before turning itself off completely. It shows “lenovo” but only for a second. This started when I had malware on my laptop. After I was certain i had gotten rid of it, I decided the best thing to do is to wipe the system, without getting rid of personal files. However, it got stuck on 80% for a few hours and i was forced to restart it. The laptop then got into a loop trying to restart. By this point, I was able to open safe mode.
