Windows 10: Laptop unable to start

My laptop is unable to start and goes to the automatic repair mode everytime i restart. Then i am brought to the page as seen in the photos below. Restarting would loop me back to the same page. And i am unable to reset my PC as it requires a recovery key which i will only be able to access on 17/01/21 after i requested to change the alternative email. If i click skip this drive it is unable to work.

My Laptop is unable to start up?

Hi Danny,

Let us resolve your startup loops issue. We suggest that you follow the Startup Repair steps below:

• Turn off your laptop.
• Turn on your laptop. As soon as you see the Windows logo with the spinning dots, press and hold down the power button until your laptop turns off. Do this process
  twice.
• Turn on your laptop for the third time, and let it load.
• It should give you the message: Preparing Automatic Repair.
• On the next screen that would appear, click on Advanced Options.
• Select Troubleshoot.
• Go to Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.
• Wait for the repair to finish.
