Windows 10: Laptop unable to turn on without the charger plugged in after only 1 day. What do I do to...

I picked up and set up along with charging my new laptop last night and faced no issues. I used it for a few minutes until I shut it down before I went to sleep. It was at 84% battery. Early this morning I attempted to start up my computer and was completely unable to do so as if the battery was completely dead. As soon as I connected the charger it was able to turn on and was at 84%. Should I exchange the device?The model # is 7H9Y3UA#ABA

laptop only turning on when plugged in but charger is loose

when i try turn on my laptop not plugged in it doesnt turn on but when plugged in its full charged and it turns on i tried resetting the battery pin hole no work i tried to disable microsoft battery driver no work tried everything this battery is just 1 month or 2 old and my charger is loose so when it moves it disconnect without pluggin out

 

Laptop goes to sleep mode after plugging in charger

I have a ASUS X550C laptop. The original charger broke, so i bought a charger for it at my local market (the brand is "Innergie"), which also works for ASUS laptops. Now since i got this charger, i was experiencing issues where my laptop would randomly go to sleep mode, however, i resolved this issue by turning computer on, removing the charger, and plugging it back in. That seemed to fix it. However, recently, this method stopped working. My computer runs completely fine when it is unplugged, however, when i plug it in, i get a "Low battery" warning (even though i HAD 72% battery), and the laptop immediately goes to sleep mode. Trying to turn it on is useless. It will only turn on if the charger isn't plugged.

Any advice?

PS: I have already changed all my power & sleep options. Everything is set to "Never".

 

Screen turning black when plug or unplug charger

Hi people, I got this problem with my MSI Katana Gf66, I'm using Windows 11 btw, I don't know why, but my laptop screen keeps turning black when I am plug and unplug my charger, it's new laptop, just been using it for 1 week, all driver were updated, bios also updated, been trying all suggestion out there, using CMD, reinstalled my graphics driver, turning battery mode, anything, I've been trying anything to solve this, but none work, also my screen refresh late keep changing automatically when I plug or unplug AC charger, but it's still flickering,sorry for my English
