    Laptop unsuitable for Windows 11 - so how to stop update?


    My laptop and for that matter my PC aren't equipped to accept Windows 11.However, while it would seem that my PC has overcome the situation and stopped any attempts to update it, the same doesn't apply to my laptop.Every so often I get a notification that Windows 11 is being installed - while I know full well that the update won't be successful - but I can't stop Microsoft from keeping on trying. Therefore I'll shortly get an alert that the update was unsuccessful and that I need to schedule a time/date when they can try again.Now I can put it off trying for a week - and once for a whole mo
