Windows 10: laptop up to date, windows 11 but app is running on windows 8??

    my laptop is up to date and is running on windows 11 but cricut design space says it is running on windows 8 and cricut design space is not working right at all and half the time i cant get it to work. how can i fix this so the app is on windows 11? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, i have unchecked the box that says to run it on windows 8, i have switched to beta with no luck so back to live and the app itself just updated as well.
