Windows 10: Laptop updated and disabled apps from opening, deleted history and saved folders

Since my laptop update on 17.07.2021, I've been unable to open apps Microsoft Store and several others. I've been doing research and all my tabs were deleted and I did not get the option to restore. The history list was blank.Folders that were in my document were also deleted.It seems like this update wiped my laptop clean. I've been trying all the help options but it's all the same.

Just broke by work laptops screen.
I want to delete my browser history and save passwords but I cannot use the screen at all or the VGA out put. Can this be done from deleting files on the hard drive?

No not porn history... Save passwords and logins to sites I would rather not give random IT guys access to... facebook, my payroll, etc...

Any one have an idea?

 

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.

Will I be forever stuck with these unnecessary folders? *Oh Well hwell:

 

How to remove folders from File History

• I had the same problem, and I solved in this way:
  Control Panel -> System and Security-> File History -> Turn off
  Settings -> Update & Security -> Backup -> More options -> Stop using this drive
  Delete the File History folder in your external drive.
  Start using File History again.
  After performing these steps, I can easily add folders to "Excluded Folders" and they remain excluded. I checked in the actual files and folders saved on the external disk, and it works.
  I did not modify the default settings about how often and how long backup is saved, File History is working ok now. So I guess it is important to click "Stop using this drive" in order to reset File History.
