Windows 10: Laptop Usage Related

Hey All at Microsoft Community,

I wanted to know about 2 things about daily laptop usage,

1 I always have my laptop Lenovo G50-70 plugged-in to charger, and it does benefits me cause it increases performance of my device my changing power plans to high performance, but my concern is over battery-life as a lot of people says that it can damage the battery and reduce the time your laptop can work without charging. So constant charging can damage my laptop's battery standby life?


2 My laptop takes a lot of time to boot up, and after starting, many unwanted apps open ups and it becomes hanged for 10 minutes and still works slow for next few minutes. In order to avoid this, I choose sleep power option when closing the device instead of Shut-Down option and the same happens for next week or more until I get time to let it shut down and wait for it to re-start, So does that can harm my device in any way?

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
