Windows 10: Laptop was stolen on 29 June 2024

Dear sir my HP laptop was stolen on 29 June,I went to police station but they didn't make report ,they said that without CCTV and witness there is no benefits.location was disabled and battery down.

My laptop was stolen on 29/July/2024, and am trying to track it but its showing me, I can't find my device at that time I discover that it's because the laptop was not online so my question here is that can I be able to track it, even if the thieve change the operating system
