Windows 10: laptop will not bootup or reset,

I rebooted my laptop. from there it wouldent boot.


i tried

diagnostic,

automatic repair,

Systems restore: Shows my recovery dates but says i have recovery turned off

Go back to previous version: it tells me we ran into a problem

System image recovery: windows can't find image, and I tried Windows 10 ISO but it wouldnt open the cd

UEFI firmware settings: no help

command prompt: followed many steps from youtube didnt work

Safe mode: it starts and i get a blue screen with a frown face but no error code

bios: moved the cdrom to the top of the boot list, doesnt even see it..


I dont know what to try next, if it will not see the cd drive then I dont think that a windows install disk will work. that i dont have

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop


Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!

hey guys I'm trying to get clockgen to work on my laptop but can't get any of the plls to work, can you please post like exactly what steps I need to take to test each pll to see if it works? my specs are listed to the left
