Windows 10: Laptop will not leave error screen Critical_Process_Died

Salutation to the reader, I am commenting to request assistance as currently after scheduling to scan and repair any errors on my computer chkdsk/f, I now see a quick flashing command prompt then "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" message. The stop code mentioned after the message is Critical_Process_Died. Then, the computer will say diagnosing your PC then say to restart again.


I have attempted to access Reset this PC but to no success and Safe Mode, but the message appears again. I did try to system restore, reset this PC and use startup repair, but then I will see the system can not complete either. Using system file checker sfc/scannow would not give any results but "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation." I cleaned the fan and checked the cables and battery, and no results.


I am not aware if the hard drive is the reason or not. None of the options will work for me now. My laptop is a used Asus X551C, Windows 10 upgraded from a Windows 8. This is the first time this has happened, so I am not certain what can I do. F8 does not seem to function for me.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

The CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bug check has a value of 0x000000EF. This indicates that a critical system process died.
