Windows 10: Laptop Windows 10 stuck on welcome screen. I haven't set up a password yet.

My laptop won't go past the welcome screen. I just bought it a few hours ago. I closed it for a minute and now it's stuck. I tried Ctrl+Shift+Del, still didn't work. I also tried enabling Safe Mode with networking. Please Help. Thank You.

mouse works, but unable to type or click in the password bar. what is the fix for this?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Stuck at Windows 10 Password entry screen on laptop; Samsung laptop with Windows 10, mistakenly added other email accounts along with wife's Hotmail account. For some reason I'm stuck at my password page that will not recognize my passwords or go back
