Windows 10: Laptop Windows 11 Keyboard "E" key problems

Currently have been using my laptop ROG Zephyrus GU603HM and recently it has resulted in an issue that does not let the "E" key type for a while. To get it to function I have to open the program and then hold the key down for about 1 minute. After that the key works off and on, sometimes needing to press it twice to get it to work. While other times it works perfectly fine.After attempting many different trouble shooting methods the issue still persists. I realize that you are facing issues with the keyboard on your PC. I will try to help you with this issue.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

Left Shift Key, Tab & Caps Key not working on Lenovo Laptop Keyboard after upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11

I have a Lenovo Laptop and had upgraded to Windows 11 from Windows 10. My left shift, tab and caps keys are not working on laptop Keyboard when upgraded to Windows 11. I tried checking for troubleshooting steps like checking driver updates for keyboard etc. My Laptop Keyboard driver is updated & so is my windows 11.

Please assist.

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.
