Windows 10: Laptop with windows 11 crashes when i plug my Razer Seiren Mini USB Microphone

Hi, so i recently bought a Razer Seiren Mini microphone, but when i plug it to my laptop, it crashes every time. I kinda think that it is because of a incompatible driver, because sometimes it shows a blue screen "DPC WATCHDOG". But I don't know how can i fix it. Razer seiren x drivers

So I've just bought razer seiren x microphone, so and on all Windows 10 pc's it sounds really quiet, but on Windows 7 laptop with another drivers it sounds much louder and better. How can I coup with this?

 

My external microphone isn't picking up my voice, but rather, static when i wobble it around.

You mentioned that you will reset your laptop, can you tell me if your problem was solved? If not, you can refer to the following.

According to the official support page, you should make sure that the Razer Seiren Mini is selected as the microphone in the software device settings by doing the following:



Right-click on the sound icon on the system tray of your PC.

Select “Open Sound settings”.

Set Razer Seiren Mini as the default input device.



If that doesn’t work, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the device from Device Manager. To do that, follow these steps:



Open Device Manager by typing “device manager” in the Windows search bar and clicking on it.

Find your microphone under “Audio inputs and outputs” or “Sound, video and game controllers”.

Right-click on it and select “Uninstall device”.

Restart your PC when prompted.

Plug in your microphone again and see if it is detected as Razer Seiren Mini.

Check if your microphone has access to apps that use it. To do that, go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone and make sure the toggle switch is on and the apps you want to use have permission to access your microphone.
